Our founders and architects drew inspiration for the 114-acre community from the three great empires that left their mark on Belize: the Mayan, the Spanish and the British. The main road leading to the sea, Paseo de Caracol, connects seven parks, plazas and green spaces to form a central axis reminiscent of the sacred Mayan Tree of Life. The classical scale of our community and its plazas has been influenced by Spanish Colonial towns.
