Jim Hardesty

VP of Sales and Marketing

Jim Hardesty is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Great Land Holdings, Orchid Bay's parent company. He is responsible for generating revenue and positioning the company in the market. Jim is also responsible for market research and identification of market needs such as the beachfront casitas and property management.

Prior to joining Great Land Holdings, Jim founded Exotic Progression, a natural food manufacturing and distribution company that provided salsa and other foods throughout the South West United States.

Jim has founded and manged international real estate funds for over 10 years including SLP Global Investments LP and Spanish Lake Properties SA de CV. Jim holds a bachelors degree from Univestory of California, Santa Barbara in environmental studies with an emphasis on Alternative Energy.
