Orchid Bay Belize is the product of the extraordinary vision and creativity of our talented Innovation Team. Ari Kahn is our Chairman and CEO of Great Land Holdings, Orchid Bay's parent company. Hugh O'Brien is Vice President for Operations for Orchid Bay's parent company Great Land Holdings. Hugh is co-founder of Green Trees and Cayo River Valley Properties - two of Orchid Bay's sister developments. Jim Hardesty is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and brings over a decade of experience in international real estate and development to the team. Phil Hahn is a partner and a residential designed in Florida with 20 years of design experience. David Drummond is a partner with experience in construction and property development.
